Bright Star Swim Academy, LLC is committed to providing high-quality services and digital products. Please review our refund guidelines carefully before making a purchase. By completing a transaction with us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.
1. DIGITAL DOWNLOADS
All sales of digital download products, including the individual program booklets from the Adaptive Swim Readiness Program and other PDF guides, curricula, workbooks, and instructional materials, are final and non-refundable.
Because digital files are delivered electronically and cannot be returned once accessed or downloaded, we are unable to offer refunds on digital product purchases after delivery has been completed. This policy applies regardless of whether the file was opened or used.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing or downloading your purchased file, please contact us promptly at Info@BrightStarSwimAcademy.com and we will work to resolve the issue or provide an alternative delivery method.
2. ONLINE COURSES
All sales of online course and program access are final and non-refundable once access has been granted to your account. We invest significant resources in creating our educational content, and course access is provided immediately upon purchase confirmation. For this reason, refunds are not available after enrollment. If you experience technical issues accessing your course, we will assist you promptly to restore access or provide alternative delivery where possible.
3. SWIM LESSONS
All sales of private in-person swim lessons, lesson packages, and session bundles are final and non-refundable.
We understand that schedules can change. While we cannot offer refunds, lesson sessions may be rescheduled subject to instructor availability and our scheduling policies, provided we receive reasonable advance notice. Please contact us directly at Info@BrightStarSwimAcademy.com to discuss scheduling accommodations. Rescheduling is not guaranteed and is subject to availability.
4. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
All sales of physical products, including merchandise, printed booklets, workbooks, tags, apparel, and related items, are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase or the item arrives damaged or defective.
If you receive a damaged or defective physical product, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery at Info@BrightStarSwimAcademy.com with a description of the issue and photographic documentation. We will review your claim and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or store credit.
5. PAYMENT PROCESSING
All payments are processed securely through PayPal. In the event that a refund is approved under an express exception described in this Policy or at our sole discretion, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, subject to PayPal’s processing timelines and policies.
6. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card provider. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of access to our Services and may be subject to dispute.
7. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our Services after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
